We are kicking off MN Cider Week with a brunch pop-up inspired by one of France's most renowned cider-making regions, Brittany!
This charming Northern seaside region is known for its love of all things apple (of course), butter, and the freshest seafood.
Expect our staff to be clad in their best stripes (you should don yours too!), local and imported ciders flowing by the glass, dishes like buckwheat galette with ham, gruyere, egg & preserved tomato, escargot, clams steamed in Calvados, Paris-Brest with foie gras & buckwheat honey, salt-marsh lamb tartare, OYSTERS, and delicious pastries.
This brunch pop-up will be on both Saturday and Sunday, June 2nd & 3rd.
Reservations recommend and encouraged but definitely not required. Walk-ins welcomed. Book your table today!
